Maintenance Agreements:

Onsite Contract

• 4, 8, and 16 hour service response, providing guaranteed on-site service for your critical application printers. Includes two preventive maintenance service calls per year.
• Covers all costs associated with the repair including labor, mileage and parts.
• 24 x 7 coverage available

Depot Repair Contracts are available for smaller equipment that can be transported or shipped to our repair centers. Contract turnaround times may be expedited.

Preventive Maintenance:

Regular scheduled maintenance on your printers. Our trained technicians will thoroughly clean, lubricate and inspect your equipment for any parts that may create problems in the future.

Time and Material Repairs:

Time and materials repairs can be provided on-site within two working days (expedited repairs available).

Discounted Time and Materials agreements are available that guarantee an expedited response time and discount labor costs. This requires an up-front deposit.

Custom Programs

SmartCare: Supplies & Service, Combined Rate
For desktop laser printers, a combined rate that covers toner cartridges and maintenance is available. For a quote, fill out the Request a Quote form with quantity, modesl number and location for your laser printers. We’ll get back to you within 24 hours.

Prepaid Time and Materials
Many companies would like quick response when a printer breaks, but cannot justify the cost of a maintenance agreement. By selecting our Prepaid Time and Materials option, you choose your response times (equal to contracted response), and the billable rates are discounted. For more details email us.

Unique Programs
DSI has customized programs to specifically fit the requirements of users. We have offered a dedicated on-site technician for a flat rate, hot swap arrangements that require that we send a working printer to remote locations, and weekly pick up and delivery for depot repairs. Let us know what works for you!

Printer Parts:

DSI supplies parts for Laser, Thermal or Thermal Transfer and Impact printers and has many hard-to-find, out-of-production parts for Dataproducts, C. Itoh, Printronix and other brands. Parts will be shipped from DSI stock or directly from the manufacturer to your facility.

DSI also offers refurbished parts, exchange programs, and can repair your defective circuit boards and shuttles.
